THE TRIPARTITE ALTERNATIVE DIAGNOSIS AND MANAGEMENT
OF HIV-AIDS BY HAFANI RESEARCH CONSORTIUM at UNTH USING VIRGIN COCONUT OIL, ALEO VERA & MORINGA OLEIFERA,
from 2001 -2007
AN OVERVIEW
From 2001 -2007, a team of concerned professionals had sought for an African Alternative to the Western Management of the pandemic based solely on tropical plants. We found out that replicating the VIRGIN COCONUT THERAPY, whose mainstay is the natural chemical ‘Monolaurin’ that hinders the binding action of the HI-virus to any human cell started by Dr Dayrit, a Professor of Pharmacology at the University of Philippines was very rewarding.
We then added the Kenezian formula for producing ALOE-VERAANTIBIOTICS, which had been compounded by Dr Danmbaezue, a Biafran Scientist; a combination of seven tropical roots, bulbs, seeds and leaves with honey as its base, which we found to be an improvement that advanced the eradication of the opportunistic diseases associated with AIDS.
By 2005, we eventually included DOM – MOOVITAAMINS, which has all the essential amino acids, minerals and vitamins that the human body needs, discovered by Dr Ozumba et al, which greatly boosts the immune system by utilising the great potentials the Creator, had hidden in the leaves, flowers and even the bark of the ‘MIRACLETREE’ a.k.a. Moringa oleifera.
With this three-pronged attack on HIV, it is impossible to have PLWHA who diligently followed our regimen religiously and kept within the dosage limits that degenerated to full blown AIDS. This unique therapeutic discovery has both prophylactic and curative dimensions depending on how the medicaments are applied to normal people and confirmed patients who are HIV positive. Following is a resume of the chemistry of our African Pharmacopoeia, code-named HAT/VCO/AVA/MOM/2001-2007.

T-LYMPHOCYTE INFECTED WITH HIV
Human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) is the cause of acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (AIDS). By infecting CD4 T-lymphocytes, a type of white blood cell, HIV weakens the immune system and leaves the infected individual open to deadly infections. The viruses gain access to a T-lymphocyte by attaching to CD4 proteins on the outer surface of the cell membrane. Microsoft ® Encarta ® Encyclopaedia 2004. All Rights Reserved
WHAT IS ANTIBIOTICS ON THE INTERNATIONAL SCENE?
Antibiotics (Greek anti, “against”; bios, “life”) are chemical compounds used to kill or inhibit the growth of infectious organisms. Originally the term antibiotic referred only to organic compounds, produced by bacteria or molds, which are toxic to other micro-organisms. The term is now used loosely to include synthetic and semi-synthetic organic compounds. Antibiotic refers generally to anti-bacterial; however, because the term is loosely defined, it is preferable to specify compounds as being anti-malarial, anti-viral or anti-protozoal.
All antibiotics share the property of selective toxicity: They are more toxic to an invading organism than they are to an animal or human host. Penicillin is the most well-known antibiotic and has been used to fight many infectious diseases, including syphilis, gonorrhoea, tetanus and scarlet fever. Another antibiotic, streptomycin, has been used to combat tuberculosis. Antibiotics can be classified in several ways. The most common method classifies them according to their action against the infecting organism. Some antibiotics attack the cell wall; some disrupt the cell membrane; and the majority inhibit the synthesis of nucleic acids and proteins, the polymers that make up the bacterial cell. Another method classifies antibiotics according to which bacterial strains they affect: staphylococcus, streptococcus, or Escherichia coli, for example. Antibiotics are also classified on the basis of chemical structure, as penicillins, cephalosporins, aminoglycosides, tetracyclines, macrolides, or sulphonamides, among others.
In our research, whereas VCO disrupts the cell membrane of the HI-virus making it impossible to attach to the CD4-cells, our unique AVA inhibits the synthesis of RNA within the cells of the body and finally our super multivitamins, MOM, from the miracle ever-green plant; Moringa oleifera; boosts the immune system so much that our clients become robust instead of losing weight.
For three years at the UNTH here in Enugu, our team made up of medical microbiologists, chemical pathologists, clinical psychologists, haematologists, physicians, paediatricians, surgeons, nurses, dieticians and medical record officers have documented the procedures we followed according to the international methods of scientific research. Reviews are welcome!
MECHANISMS OF ACTION BY HAT/VCO/AVA/MOM/2001-2007.
Most antibiotics act by selectively interfering with the synthesis of one of the large-molecule constituents of the cell—the cell wall or proteins or nucleic acids. Some, however, act by disrupting the cell membrane. Some important and clinically useful drugs interfere with the synthesis of peptidoglycan, the most important component of the cell wall. These drugs include the Î’-lactam antibiotics, which are classified according to chemical structure into penicillins, cephalosporins, and carbapenems. All these antibiotics contain a Î’-lactam ring as a critical part of their chemical structure, and they inhibit synthesis of peptidoglycan, an essential part of the cell wall. They do not interfere with the synthesis of other intracellular components. The continuing build-up of materials inside the cell exerts ever greater pressure on the membrane, which is no longer properly supported by peptidoglycan. The membrane gives way, the cell contents leak out, and the bacterium dies. These antibiotics do not affect human cells because human cells do not have cell walls.
Many antibiotics operate by inhibiting the synthesis of various intracellular bacterial molecules, including DNA, RNA, ribosomes and proteins. The synthetic sulphonamides are among the antibiotics that indirectly interfere with nucleic acid synthesis. Nucleic-acid synthesis can also be stopped by antibiotics that inhibit the enzymes that assemble these polymers—for example, DNA polymerase or RNA polymerase.
Examples of such antibiotics are actinomycin, rifamicin, and rifampicin, the last two being particularly valuable in the treatment of tuberculosis. The quinolone antibiotics inhibit synthesis of an enzyme responsible for the coiling and uncoiling of the chromosome, a process necessary for DNA replication and for transcription to messenger RNA. Some anti-bacterials affect the assembly of messenger RNA, thus causing its genetic message to be garbled. When these faulty messages are translated, the protein products are non-functional.
There are also other mechanisms: The tetracyclines compete with incoming transfer-RNA molecules; the aminoglycosides cause the genetic message to be misread and a defective protein to be produced; chloramphenicol prevents the linking of amino acids to the growing protein; and puromycin causes the protein chain to terminate prematurely, releasing an incomplete protein.

STRUCTURE OF HIV
The human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) consists of a nucleoid core and the surrounding protein matrix, both enclosed in a lipid envelope. The nucleoid core contains the viral genetic material and the reverse transcriptase enzyme, which are used in viral replication. The trans-membrane glycoprotein gp41 and the envelope glycoprotein gp120 are attached to the envelope; these proteins enable HIV to bind and fuse with a target host cell.

IT IS MOST INTERESTING TO NOTE THAT IN OUR EXPERIMENTS WITH OUR DERIVATIVES OF TROPICAL PLANTS
- Whereas the essential therapeutic agent in VIRGIN COCONUTOIL, ‘Monolaurin’ disfigures the trans-membrane glycoprotein gp41 and the envelope glycoprotein gp120 that permit the HI-virus to bind and fuse with a target host cell, the invading HI-virus being thus incapacitated by the active ingredients in the Virgin Coconut Oil, the HI-virus membrane gives way, the cell contents leak out, and the HI-virus dies. The sole target of HAT/VCO/AVA/MOM/2001-2007 is ensuring that the virus does not bind to any CD4 T-lymphocytes by making infection impossible as the HI-virus envelopes are now impotent.
- The active ingredients in ALOE-VERA ANTIBIOTICS operate by inhibiting the synthesis of various intracellular bacterial molecules, including DNA, RNA, ribosomes and proteins. Nucleic-acid synthesis is therefore stopped by the action of the antibiotic ingredients in AVA that inhibit the enzymes that assemble these polymers, DNA polymerase or RNA polymerase. All the opportunistic diseases associated with PLWHA are thus rendered impotent. Could we ask for more?
- The greatest rehabilitative agent in our Hafani Research Consortium pharmacopoeia is the comprehensive assemblage of the essential amino acids, the all-inclusive repertoire of minerals that the human body needs and the combination of all the multivitamins found in nature that DOM-MOOVITAAMIN offers our patients! “The leaves are outstanding among all leafy vegetables in the tropics as it a very rich source of both Vitamin A and Vitamin C when eaten raw! They are equally a good source of the various versions of the B vitamins and soluble minerals. “The Calcium content is high for a plant. Phosphorus is low as it should be. The content of Iron is very good. It is reportedly prescribed for anaemia in the Philippines. They are excellent sources of protein and very low sources of fat and carbohydrates. Thus the leaves are one of the best plant foods that can be found”. For more details, please consult Martin cited in Price, (2000).
RESUME AND CONCLUSION
Our stratagem; preventing the binding of HIV to any human cell; is most effective and efficient during the early stages of infection. It is recommended that PLWHA must, therefore, take our VCS augmented by AVA within the first three months of suspected infection! Then MOM is added as a booster of the immune system. Comprehensive studies of these summaries are in the main body of the text at the section on the review of literature on the international scene!
Our intention here has been, “to serve you the appetisers before the main course” if we are to use the language of hotel management experts! You will have to read the main textbook, a 500-page document that gives in graphic details all we have done from 2001 –2007. In it, we revealed the psychological test we developed to reduce costs of diagnosis as an alternative to the standard Elisa Test and other parts of the three-pronged alternative nature-therapy we discovered, code-named; HAT/2003/VCS, HAT/2003/VCO, HAT/2003/AVA & HAT/2003/SMV. We are optimistic that what our interdisciplinary team has discovered, analysed and compounded from natural resources will prove to be the most cost-efficient and effective regimen for managing HIV/AIDS in rural and urban communities of Africa!
KENEZ RESEARCH PHILOSOPHY IS BASED ON; …
A single voice can change the world. Whether the voice describes a new scientific theory, tells the stories of a culture or speaks for a previously voiceless group of people, it can reach across national borders and across time to influence a wider world and transform the world that follows. The 20th century is nearing an end.
Great changes have occurred in the past 100 years, so that science, art, politics and society, as they approach the year 2000, are markedly different than they were in 1900. Powerful ideas, such as non-violent political protest and the theory of the unconscious—developed by unique thinkers such as Mohandas Gandhi of India and Sigmund Freud of Austria—have altered humanity, increased understanding between individuals and cultures and helped define our present world. 1]
